We're looking for a Finance & Operations Specialist to keep GRICH running smoothly. You'll handle day-to-day finance work, coordinate with our accountant and build simple, reliable reporting.
It's a hands-on role in a small studio: you'll see how every decision connects to the numbers.
GRICH is an independent mobile game studio from Türkiye. Our fitness app Zevo is live on iOS and Android, and we're building Acorn Mart, a cozy shelf-sorting puzzle game.
Responsibilities
- Track income from app stores and ad networks and reconcile payouts
- Manage invoices, payments and expense records
- Coordinate with our external accountant on bookkeeping and tax filings
- Build and maintain budgets, cash-flow forecasts and monthly reports
- Help prepare grant, incentive and investor documents
Requirements
- Background in finance, accounting or business administration
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- Working knowledge of Turkish tax and invoicing basics
- Careful, organized and comfortable with deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience at a startup or a digital product company
- Familiarity with App Store and Google Play payout reports
- Good written English
