What this website collects

This website has no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact third parties when you visit. The only form on the site is the job application form described below.

Server logs

Our hosting provider processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and time of request to deliver the site and keep it secure.

If you email us

We use your email address and message only to reply to you, and keep them only as long as that conversation needs.

If you apply for a job

When you apply through a role page, we receive the information you submit: your name, email address, CV, and, if you provide them, your phone number, location, current company, profile links and any additional information. Your application is sent to our recruiting inbox by email. We process it only to evaluate your application and to contact you about it, based on your explicit consent given in the form. We keep it for up to 12 months after the hiring process ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Service providers and transfers abroad

To deliver the site and your application, we use a hosting provider and an email provider whose servers may be located outside Türkiye. Your application data is transferred to them only for this purpose and with your explicit consent.

Your rights

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@grichai.com.
