Acorn Mart privacy policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This policy explains how Acorn Mart, the puzzle game made by GRICH, handles information. In short: you play without an account, your progress is saved only on your device, and the game does not send personal data to us. For our website and job applications, see our website privacy notice.
What the game stores on your device
To save your progress, Acorn Mart stores game data on your device: for example, the levels you have completed, your coins, lives and boosters, your settings, and the name and avatar you choose for your in-game profile. This data stays on your device. The game does not upload it, and we cannot see it.
No accounts and no servers
Acorn Mart has no sign-in and no user accounts, and it does not connect to any servers of ours: our game code makes no network requests. There is no online play, so other players never see your name or scores. The opponents you meet in in-game events are game characters.
No ads and no tracking
Acorn Mart shows no ads. We have not added any advertising, analytics or tracking services to the game, we do not use your device's advertising identifier, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. That is why the game never asks for permission to track you.
No purchases
Acorn Mart has no in-app purchases. Everything in the game is unlocked with coins you earn by playing, and we never receive any payment information.
Game engine
Acorn Mart is built with the Unity game engine from Unity Technologies. We have not turned on any Unity services in the game, such as Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, Unity In-App Purchasing or Unity Cloud Diagnostics. For how Unity Technologies handles data, see Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
App stores
You get Acorn Mart from the App Store or Google Play, and Apple and Google handle your download and your store account under their own privacy policies. They give developers aggregated statistics, such as download numbers, and crash reports from devices whose owners have chosen to share diagnostic data in their device settings. We use this information only to understand how the game is doing and to fix problems.
If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include, such as your device model and game version. We use it only to reply to you and to fix the problem you report, and we keep it only as long as that conversation needs. Our email is handled by an email provider whose servers may be located outside Türkiye.
Children
Acorn Mart is made to be suitable for players of all ages. We do not collect personal information through the game from anyone, including children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law in their country. If a child has emailed us, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete that message by writing to hello@grichai.com.
Deleting your data
Because Acorn Mart has no accounts and no servers, we hold no game data about you, so there is nothing to delete on our side. Your progress is stored only on your device, and deleting the game deletes it. If your device backup is turned on (such as iCloud Backup, or Android backup to your Google Account), a copy of the game's data may be included in that backup, which Apple or Google keep in your account; you can manage it in your device or account settings. To have emails you sent us deleted, write to hello@grichai.com.
Data controller
The sole proprietorship operating under the GRICH brand, registered in Sakarya, Türkiye. Contact: hello@grichai.com.
Your rights
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask whether we hold personal data about you and get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Because the game sends us no personal data, in practice this concerns emails you have sent us. Write to hello@grichai.com. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EU and EEA, to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, for example because a new version of the game adds a feature that handles personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
